The whole point behind Simply Built is to eliminate the need for an engineering degree to assemble furniture. By eliminating tools and screws in furniture assembly, we make assembly easy, effortless, and headache-free.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly times vary based on products. Once pieces are unpack and lay out per instructions, all products can be assembled by one person in as little as 10 minutes. Even if you prefer to take your time, you’ll still be fully assembled in about 25 minutes.
Are the assembly instructions included in the package?
Yes. Each product comes with three easy-to-follow options for assembly instructions. (We recommend #3)

Can one person assemble our furniture alone?
Certainly, our furniture is crafted for a simple, one-person setup. But why not grab a friend? It’s faster, and you’ll have someone to blame if things go sideways (which is highly unlikely).
Are there video tutorials available for assembly?
Of course! Most customers prefer watching our assembly videos rather than following boring paper instructions. Just head to the Product Page > Assembly & Care, where you'll find our entertaining POV videos. Enjoy the show.
Can I disassemble and reassemble the furniture?
Our products are built for endless assembly and disassembly, staying strong no matter how many times you do it. Whether it's the 1st or 30th time, they snap together (and apart) quickly and easily, without losing little or any structural strength.
What should I do if I encounter a problem during assembly?

What happens if I break a component during assembly?
If you break a part during assembly, don't worry! While we don’t cover assembly mishaps, we're happy to send you a new piece. Contact our customer support team at info@simplybuilt.co, and we'll send a replacement part as quickly as possible. We're here to help make sure your assembly goes smoothly!

How much is shipping?
The tab is ON US! There are no fees or fuss—just FREE shipping on all orders. Why? Because who likes paying for shipping?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to deliver our customers' products as quickly as possible.
Orders are dispatched from our California warehouse within 1-2 business days following purchase. Delivery times vary based on the destination:
West Coast orders can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
East Coast orders should anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days.
Where can I find my shipping information?
Your confirmation email will provide delivery details, including the tracking number, estimated delivery times, and tracking updates.
Where do we ship to?
We ship throughout the continental United States. However, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Absolutely! We know life changes - just contact info@simplybuilt.co ASAP, and we'll do our best to reroute your order to your desired new location. Just don't wait until it's already on the delivery truck, then it will be too late.

What happens if my furniture arrives damaged?
We are sorry your furniture had a rough trip! We are here to help; please contact our support team at info@simplybuilt.co with order details and photos of the damage. Our team will promptly assist you with a replacement, repair, or return. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we resolve this issue.
What should I do if one or more boxes are missing from my delivery?
We recommend checking your tracking information to see if the boxes are being delivered separately.
We ship your entire order together. However, since some of our products ship in multiple boxes, they may arrive on different days or times due to FedEx's logistics. If the missing boxes don’t arrive within a few days, please contact info@simplybuilt.co with your order number, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
What if a component is missing from the delivery box?
We recommend double-check the packaging to ensure it's not hidden or stuck in the folds. If you still can't find the missing part, reach out to us at info@simplybuilt.co with your order number and a description of the missing piece.
We’ll send out the replacement as quickly as possible to ensure you can complete your assembly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Start by checking around your property. FedEx may leave packages in a more secluded area of your home, such as behind porch columns, landscaping, or garage corners. Also, check with your neighbors to see if they accepted the delivery on your behalf. If you still can’t locate the package, please contact info@simplybuilt.co and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

What was the inspiration behind Simply Built?
In college, Grant and Hunter were their friends' designated handymen, which meant they spent way too much time fighting with stubborn furniture. It didn’t matter where it came from—every piece seemed to demand tools they didn’t have and instructions written in some ancient, forgotten language. After countless hours of battling missing screws and assembling nightmares, they decided enough was enough. Thus, Simply Built was born—furniture that is so easy to assemble that you might actually enjoy it.
Where does the name come from?
The name speaks for itself but...
When Hunter and Grant first pitched their business model to a potential advisor, he was instantly hooked. Turns out, he had just moved his granddaughter into college and wished for something that was "simply built." And just like that, the name stuck! Because sometimes, the best ideas come from the worst experiences.

How long does the warranty last?
At Simply Built, we stand by the quality and durability of our furniture. Our warranty covers all products and lasts for 365 days from the date of your purchase.

What is covered under the warranty?
All items sold by Simply Built are covered.
This warranty covers any breakage or defects in materials or workmanship. Any damage must occur while the product is in normal use. The product must be assembled correctly and used for its intended purpose with proper care as outlined on the instruction manual and product "Assembly & Care" page. If you choose to manipulate the original product, our warranty will not cover any damages, and Simply Built will not be held legally responsible.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What should I do if an item is damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@simplybuilt.co with your order number and a photo of the damage. We can send you a replacement part to fix the issue, or if you prefer, we can offer you a discount for a future purchase. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

What cleaning products are safe to use?
We recommend using a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or products containing ammonia or bleach, as these can damage the finish and materials.
Can I use my products outdoors?
While you're free to do whatever you want with our products, we highly recommend against outdoor use. To keep our products looking their best, we recommend keeping them out of constant direct sunlight, as over time, the sun can slightly change the color/shade of the material.
What should I do if my furniture gets wet or stained?
Our wood laminates are very resistant to any liquid. If a liquid spills, promptly remove it and clean the material with a damp towel. If you need something stronger, we recommend a simple cleaner like Windex. Using coasters, placemats, and protective pads can help prolong the life of your furniture.
Note: Do not put any hot items directly on the furniture, as the excess heat could cause staining.
What if my furniture wobbles?
Our products are expertly designed to be precisely level. As we cannot control the level of your floor, many of our customers utilize furniture leveling kits for peace of mind.
