Free shipping. Are there any two words you'd rather see when shopping online? Our policy is simple – free shipping on all orders.
We currently ship to only California addresses due to high demand from college move-ins. Nationwide shipping is coming soon.
The Journey to Your Doorstep

1. Order Confirmation
After making a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, estimated delivery times, and your selected delivery location. Feel free to Trash Your Tools™ in the meantime.

2. Order Processing
We begin processing your order immediately. Our products ship out within 1-2 business days upon order. As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date from the delivery partner.

3. Order Delivery
On delivery day, you’ll receive an “Out for delivery” notification, and your boxes will be dropped at your doorstep — no signature or appointment needed. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive 2–4 days after leaving our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
Where does Simply Built ship too?
Due to high demand during college move-in season, we’re currently only shipping to California addresses. But don’t worry – nationwide shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social to be the first to know when we launch in your area.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders ship out within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 2–4 days, depending on your location.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order
Yes, you can update your shipping address – as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make the change before it leaves our warehouse.
I live in a building. Will the courier deliver my packages to my unit door
Delivery drivers will typically bring your packages to your building’s main entrance, lobby, mailroom, or designated package area. If your building allows access and the driver can reach your unit, they may deliver directly to your door – but this isn’t guaranteed.
What happens if my furniture arrives damaged?
We’re sorry your furniture had a rough trip. We thoroughly test all our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely, but sometimes things still go off track.
We’re here to help: please email our support team at info@simplybuilt.co with your order details and photos of the damage. Our team will quickly assist you with a replacement part or return.
Replacements & Returns
Replacement Policy
We want every customer to have a smooth, frustration-free assembly experience. If any part of your Simply Built product becomes damaged during the assembly process, we will provide a free replacement part, including free shipping, subject to the terms below.
What’s Covered
• Damage that occurs while assembling the product, following the instructions provided
• Broken connectors, chipped or cracked panels, or parts that become unusable due to an assembly mistake
• One free replacement per affected part
What’s Required
To ensure accuracy and prevent delays, we ask for:
1 A clear photo of the damaged part
2 A photo of the product label or order number
3 A brief description of what happened during assembly
This helps us identify the correct part and improve our future products.
What’s Not Covered
This policy does not apply to:
• Damage occurring after assembly is complete
• Normal wear and tear or customer misuse
• Damage occurring after the 30-day post-delivery window
• Replacement of entire products when only a part is needed
(If damage occurred during shipping, that is covered separately under our Shipping Damage Policy.)
How It Works
Once your request is approved, we package and ship the correct part quickly so you can get back to building. Replacement parts typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window on all Simply Built™ products.
0–15 days after delivery:
- Screw-U Nightstand: $9.99 flat return shipping fee
- Screw-U Dresser: $24.99 flat return shipping fee
- Screw-U Desk: $24.99 flat return shipping fee
16–30 days after delivery:
- Screw-U Nightstand: $9.99 flat return shipping fee + 5% restocking fee
- Screw-U Dresser: $24.99 flat return shipping fee + 5% restocking fee
- Screw-U Desk: $24.99 flat return shipping fee + 5% restocking fee
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- In their original packaging
- Undamaged and disassembled
- Returned with all parts, accessories, and components included
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a refund (minus applicable fees) within 7–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace the part, send a complete replacement, or offer a refund/store credit at no cost to you.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns if items are incomplete, damaged due to misuse, or not properly packaged. Additional charges may apply for missing components.
