Free shipping. Are there any two words you'd rather see when shopping online? Our policy is simple – free shipping on all orders.

We currently ship to only California addresses due to high demand from college move-ins. Nationwide shipping is coming soon.

The Journey to Your Doorstep

1. Order Confirmation

After making a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, estimated delivery times, and your selected delivery location. Feel free to Trash Your Tools™ in the meantime.

2. Order Processing

We begin processing your order immediately. Our products ship out within 1-2 business days upon order. As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date from the delivery partner.

3. Order Delivery

On delivery day, you’ll receive an “Out for delivery” notification, and your boxes will be dropped at your doorstep — no signature or appointment needed. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive 2–4 days after leaving our warehouse.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on all Simply Built™ products.

0–15 days after delivery:

  • Screw-U Nightstand: $9.99 flat return shipping fee
  • Screw-U Dresser: $24.99 flat return shipping fee
  • Screw-U Desk: $24.99 flat return shipping fee

16–30 days after delivery:

  • Screw-U Nightstand: $9.99 flat return shipping fee + 5% restocking fee
  • Screw-U Dresser: $24.99 flat return shipping fee + 5% restocking fee
  • Screw-U Desk: $24.99 flat return shipping fee + 5% restocking fee

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Undamaged and disassembled
  • Returned with all parts, accessories, and components included

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a refund (minus applicable fees) within 7–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace the part, send a complete replacement, or offer a refund/store credit at no cost to you.

To start a return or damage claim, email info@simplybuilt.co with photos of the issue and your order number.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns if items are incomplete, damaged due to misuse, or not properly packaged. Additional charges may apply for missing components.
