Warranty

1. Products Included in the Warranty

Our one-year manufacturer's warranty covers all products sold by Simply Built.

2. Who the Warranty Covers

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product. The product must be purchased directly from Simply Built. Please maintain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase, as it is required to process any warranty claims. The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to resold items or second-hand purchases.

3. Duration of Warranty Coverage

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, Simply Built will repair or replace any defective parts or products that meet the warranty conditions. If replacement parts or products are out of stock or discontinued, you may wait for items to be back in stock (if not discontinued), receive store credit for the original purchase price, or choose from a select list of substitute products at our discretion.

4. Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any breakage or defects in materials or workmanship. Any damage must occur while the product is in normal use. The product must be assembled correctly and used for its intended purpose with proper care as outlined on the instruction sheet and product "Assembly & Care" page. If you choose to manipulate the original product, our warranty will not cover any damages, and Simply Built will not be held legally responsible.

5. Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage that occurs during transit; damage caused by modifying, attempting to repair, or otherwise altering the product; physical abuse of the product, including but not limited to burns, scratches, or stains; damage resulting from natural disasters or other catastrophic events such as floods or fires; damage resulting from negligence; normal wear and tear; minor cracks, dents, or stains that do not affect the functionality of the product; or a change of mind. This warranty does not cover products purchased or used in hospitality, home rental, or other business contexts. Additionally, any accessories or add-ons are not covered under this warranty.

6. Warranty Claims

If you need to make a warranty claim, don't worry – our customer service team is happy to help! Please contact our customer service team at info@simplybuilt.co with your order details, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the damaged packages, materials, or components. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Simply Built. We reserve the sole discretion to determine if damages are covered under this warranty. We strive to please all our customers and will do everything we can to turn any oops into an awesome!
